You ever Wonder which foods are safe to eat in a foreign country? If you are planning a trip to all international destinations, you will want to pay special attention to some security guidelines to eat foods prepared in foreign cuisine.
The fact is that you will probably dining room for most of your trip if you plan on staying for a longer time in your country of choice; there are some general rules to follow to ensure that your time travel does not leave you sick in the bathroom, rather than to explore and do things that you planned your trip.

On the contrary, fruits, strawberries and raspberries avoided because they do not have enough of a barrier between them and the Earth keep bacteria of the fruit itself. Salads made of raw fruits and vegetables that are grown near the ground without a natural skin or covering should be avoided. Pineapple, grapefruit and lemons should be safe, due to their thick outer shell, but other fruit berry is in a different category and has a thinner skin, so you will proceed with caution if you can find these on your plate!
As a general rule, should the meat be safe for human consumption, so long as it has been cooked to a high enough temperature to kill any bacteria that may exist. I have had things like goats on a stick in Uganda and I was very good and I was not sick. It would be best to avoid certain types of raw fish and meat just to be safe, especially when you travel to China and Japan.
